Our referral rewards program is new and currently in the testing phase. We value your help in developing and optimizing the program!

During this phase, we ask for your patience as we work through any quirks or issues. Please note that reward rates, tiers, and terms may change as we refine the program to better serve our community.

We will make every effort to keep you informed of any updates. If you notice anything not working as expected or have feedback, we’d greatly appreciate hearing from you. Thank you for your understanding and support as we build this program together!

Game Changers Referral Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Game Changers Referral Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

1.1. The Game Changers Referral Rewards Program is designed to reward participants for referring others to purchase our products.
1.2. By joining the program, you agree to abide by these terms and any updates we may make in the future.
1.3. Shirk Photography LLC reserves the right to change, limit, modify, or cancel the Referral Rewards Program rules, rewards, and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the ability to obtain rewards.
1.4. Members of the Referral Rewards Program are NOT employees of gamechangers.shirkphotography.com or Shirk Photography LLC.
1.5. Our Referral Rewards Program is not a legally binding relationship, and as a result, members may not take legal action against gamechangers.shirkphotography.com or Shirk Photography LLC.
1.6. Shirk Photography LLC reserves the right to reject referral rewards for any reason and terminate a Referral Rewards Membership at any time.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The referral program is open to photographers, graphic designers, and other creatives who love our tools.
2.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2.3. You must have an active PayPal account to receive payouts.

3. Rewards

3.1. Participants will earn the following cash rewards:

  • 10% for sales made to new customers.
  • 5% for sales made to returning customers.
  • 1% bonus on sales generated by sub-referrers you’ve brought into our program.

3.2. Rewards are based on purchases tracked through the WooCommerce system.
3.3. Referral rewards are earned when customers purchase Game Changers by Shirk Photography LLC products using your referral links and/or discount codes.
3.4. Referral rewards are NOT generated on your own purchases (this includes using a different email address). The Game Changers Cash Rewards program is available to reward you for your own purchases.
3.5. Referral rewards are NOT generated on refunded orders. While we maintain a No Refund Policy due to the digital nature of our products, occasionally some orders—such as duplicate orders—may warrant a refund.
3.6. Referrals are tracked using a 7-day cookie window. If a referred customer makes a purchase within 3 days of clicking your referral link, the sale will be credited to you.
3.7. All referral rewards are subject to a 14-day grace period for verification before rewards are approved and paid. This period accounts for potential returns, disputes, or fraudulent activity.
3.8. All referral rewards are subject to approval before they are accepted and subsequently paid.

4. Tracking and Technical Information

4.1. The referral rewards program tracks accounts by associating specific referral coupons and/or links/URLs with each member’s unique ID or username.
4.2. When a referred customer successfully completes a conversion, a referral will be generated, and the referrer will be awarded.

5. Payout Terms

5.1. Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal on the 15th of each month, provided the $25 minimum payout threshold has been met.
5.2. If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the following month.
5.3. Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We are not liable for delayed or missed payments due to incorrect PayPal details.

6. Fraud and Abuse

6.1. Unfortunately, some people use referral programs to earn rewards on fraudulent transactions. Abuse, gaming, or dishonest behavior will result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.
6.2. Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to:

  • Self-referrals or purchases made using different email addresses.
  • Misleading or deceptive advertising.
  • Using paid search ads or unauthorized promotions that include our brand name or trademarks.
  • Spamming or other unethical marketing practices.

7. MVP Status 

7.1. The top 10% of referrers annually will earn MVP status for the following year.
7.2. MVP participants receive enhanced benefits:

  • 15% reward on new customer sales.
  • Exclusive recognition on our website and/or social media.
  • Access to early product launches and promotions

7.3. MVP rankings reset annually, allowing all participants a chance to qualify.

8. Program Changes

8.1. Shirk Photography LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Rewards Program at any time without notice.
8.2. Changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Game Changers by Shirk Photography LLC is not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from participation in the referral program.
9.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
